Our approach

A pool is designed with the house, the light and the way you live outside. We draw it with you, then build it.

1

Garden visit

Ground, access, sun and your wishes: size, shape, depth, budget.

2

Plans and quote

A plan, a written quote, and the file for the town hall.

3

Construction

Excavation, structure, plumbing and filtration, coping and finish.

4

Handover and first swim

Filling, water balance, safety device fitted, and a lesson on the equipment.

Commitments

A visit of the garden and a written quote

Ground, access for the machines, slope, sun: we look before drawing, and the quote details the structure, the equipment and the finishes.

Ten years on the structure

The pool shell is covered by our ten-year insurance, the equipment by a two-year guarantee, the whole job by the one-year completion guarantee.

The paperwork prepared with you

Plans for the prior declaration or the building permit, and a reminder of the tax declaration once the pool is finished.

One contact, before and after

The team that builds your pool is the one that opens it in spring, winterizes it in autumn and comes back when the pump stops.

Good to know before you dig

Town hall: declaration or permit An uncovered pool of 10 to 100 m² needs a prior declaration; above 100 m², or with an enclosure over 1.80 m high, a building permit.

A safety device is mandatory Every private in-ground pool must have at least one standard device: barrier, alarm, safety cover or enclosure. We fit it before you swim.

Declare it to the tax office An in-ground pool is declared to the tax office within 90 days of completion and counts for property tax and the development tax.

Filling and drought rules In a drought, a prefectoral order can forbid filling pools. We plan the filling with you and check the restrictions in force.

"From the first visit to the first swim, the same person answered the phone. The town hall file was ready before we even asked."
Laure et Mathieu P.Concrete pool, 8 × 4 m
"Our old liner pool looked like a pond. New liner, new pump, new coping: it looks brand new, and the water stays clear."
Gérard T.Renovation and new filtration
"They open it in April, winterize it in October and come by every week in summer. We just swim."
